Babylon is a protocol that helps other blockchains share BTC security, consisting of two parts: Bitcoin staking service and Bitcoin timestamp service. Babylon allows economic security for PoS chains by staking BTC (similar to ETH's restaking) in a cryptographic manner, without relying on any third-party bridges or custodians.
